OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Course Available
The McHenry County College Workforce, Community, and Business Programs is offering OSHA 10-Hour Voluntary Compliance in General Industry course from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday and Wednesday, March 20 and 22 at the MCC Shah Center, 4100 W. Shamrock Lane in McHenry.
The class is facilitated by OSHA industry expert Mike Serpe, principle at Safety First NA. OSHA 10-hour Voluntary Compliance in General Industry is ideal for personnel with safety and health responsibilities, and for implementing employee safety and health awareness programs. Students will be introduced to OSHA policies, procedures and standards as well as general industry safety and health principles covered in OSHA Act Part 1910. Upon successful course completion, participants will receive a certificate of attendance and an OSHA 10-Hour card from the Department of Labor.
