QuickBooks Online Accounting Software Training Available
The McHenry County College Workforce Community and Business Programs is offering a Quickbooks® Online cloud computing version of the small-business accounting software series. This hands-on, instructor-led, five-week series is available from 1:30-4:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, Aug. 1-29 at the MCC Shah Center, 4100 W. Shamrock Lane in McHenry.
This QuickBooks series enables the user to track bills, invoices and estimates and to perform payroll functions in one easy to use accounting software solution. These instructor-led courses allow the software user to become confident and save time and money by eliminating trial and error learning. QuickBooks® organizes your accounting system and allows you to get back to business.
The QuickBooks Online series can be accessible via an iPhone, a BlackBerry, and an Android web app. The series includes the following course topics: QuickBooks Online Overview, Getting Started, Operational Activity, Part 1: Money In; Operational Activity, Part 2: Money Out; and Operational Activity, Part 3: Banking and More. Basic computer and accounting skills are necessary for program success.
The series fee is $495, which includes all materials. Use course code: NTC C50 001 when registering for the QuickBooks series.
To find out if the QuickBooks Online course is right for you, register for the individual Overview class on Aug. 1. Cost for this 3-hour class is $99, using course code: NTC C44 001.
